This 178 acre farm is located 1 mile east of the town of Brownsville. This land is comprised of mostly type 1&2 soils. The property has been tiled for proper drainage to create productive, resilient, and sustainable crop production.It has been planted to Kentucky 31 tall fescue with the first harvest to be in 2025. It is currently under lease, but can be negotiable. The barn on the property dates back to 1849 and is named the "Hugh Leeper Brown Barn." It is on the national register of historic places and is one of the oldest barns still standing in the Willamette Valley.
