Community Garage Sale Map
We'll be putting together a map of participating garage sales throughout the local community to help shoppers find every stop. If you're hosting a sale in Tillamook County, we'd love to include you! And it's free to join the list! 

• Step 1: If required in your town, secure a garage sale permit. City of Tillamook garage sale permit can be found here. 
• Step 2: Send a mail to office@robtrost.com or trtre@robtrost.com or message us in FB with your address by 10am on Wednesday, August 12th.
• Step 3: Share and Like our posts. This will be a bit of a grass roots campaign so your help in spreading the word is appreciated.

The map will be available online and at our offices the afternoon of Friday, August 14th.

We heard you!  Originally focusing around Tillamook there was enough interest to warrant opening it up County wide. Let's see if we can get 20+ listed.

We will also be placing ads in the local newspaper, posting flyers around town, doing more social media posts and reaching out to local storage facilities, estate sale coordinators to spread the word. If you have a local business and are willing to put up a flyer, please let us know and we will provide!

Flexible Hours
While the Rob Trost Real Estate event will run from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, participants around the community are welcome to stay open earlier, later, or for whatever hours work best for them.

Donate for a Great Cause
Cleaning out your garage but don't want to host a sale? We'd love your donations! All proceeds from items sold at the Rob Trost Real Estate location will benefit the Netarts Community Park Fundraiser.  Any items not sold will be donated to local organizations.  Donations are now being accepted at the Netarts office between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

You can also donate directly to the Netarts Community Park Fundraiser and help us bring an all abilities playground structure to this local park.

An invitation to our youngest entrepreneurs
Finding deals is a thirsty business and if an intrepid young entrepreneur wants to help keep people refreshed and energized by hosting a  "lemonade stand", we would love to support and flag it on the map. Just let us know by Monday, August 10th at 10am.

Finally, we invite you to stop by our offices starting Friday afternoon and not only pick up a map, but also sign a post card for a deployed soldier or for a senior living in a local senior home. Help spread some cheer!
